The fomo web app is at fomo.family, it launched on 29 April 2026, and it is the answer to every version of “fomo app for PC”: there is no Windows installer or Mac download, just a browser version that shares the account and balance of the phone app. Log in with the same email or Apple ID and your positions are there.

fomo’s own description sets expectations. It calls the web app a companion and says it is “not a trading terminal”. If you want a desktop grid of charts and one-click sniping, this is not that, and fomo is upfront about it.

Is there a fomo desktop app?

Not in the sense of a program you install. Searches for “fomo desktop app”, “fomo app windows” and “fomo pc app” all end at the same place, fomo.family in a browser. fomo describes desktop use on its site, and the web app is what it means.

That also means: if a site offers a fomo .exe or .dmg, it is not from FOMO Labs. Treat it like an APK mirror and skip it. The fomo app download guide has the only three legitimate routes, which are the App Store, Google Play and fomo.family.

fomo app on Windows and Mac

The same URL covers both. Open fomo.family in whatever browser you already use on Windows, on a Mac, on Linux or on a Chromebook, and log in. There is no system requirement beyond a current browser, and nothing to keep updated, since the web app updates on fomo’s side. fomo does not publish which browsers, if any, support Apple Pay deposits on web, so treat a card, ACH or crypto transfer as the reliable desktop funding routes.

What the fomo web app has

From the launch announcement and fomo’s site, the web version includes:

  • Cross-chain swaps across Solana, Base, BNB Chain and Monad, on the same single balance model as mobile, with gas included and no bridging.
  • The social layer: feed, leaderboard, follow, theses and comments.
  • Signup and login by email code or Apple ID. fomo says signup takes under 30 seconds on web.

The announcement lists four chains for web swaps, while the app as a whole covers six (Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Monad and Robinhood Chain). fomo has not published whether the remaining chains are on web, so if a token is missing on desktop, check your phone. Perps, launched in June 2026 and not available to U.S. Persons, are likewise not something fomo has confirmed for web; look inside the app.

Fees are the same wherever you trade: about 0.45% per spot trade with gas included, and fomo’s FAQ only commits to “competitive”, so the number on the confirm screen wins. Details on the fomo app fees page.

Phone to desktop handoff

One account covers both. Sign in on the web with the same email or Apple ID you use on the phone, and the balance, positions and follows are the same. There is nothing to export or import.

The practical way to use both:

  1. Fund on your phone. Apple Pay on iPhone is the fastest documented deposit; fomo says the money is available immediately. See how to deposit on the fomo app.
  2. Research and read on the desktop. Theses and comment threads are easier on a big screen, and coin pages with holder details are easier to compare in tabs.
  3. Trade on whichever device is in your hand when the moment comes. Same balance, same fee.
  4. Withdraw from either. fomo says bank withdrawals arrive within 3 business days; the withdrawal guide has the rest.

Your email login is the key to a self-custody wallet powered by Privy. Logging in on a shared or work PC leaves a session there, so sign out when you are done, and keep two-factor authentication on the email account itself.

The TradingView partnership

fomo announced a TradingView partnership on 14 April 2026, two weeks before the web app launched. fomo has not published the details of what it covers. If you rely on TradingView already, look for fomo inside it and see what the integration does today rather than assuming.

fomo app API

There is no public API documented on fomo.family, and no developer portal or key issuance either. That is worth stating plainly because “fomo app api” is a real search and there are people who will sell you a “fomo trading bot” that supposedly uses one.

What fomo has said publicly is that trades route through DFlow for MEV protection and that the wallet layer is Privy. Neither of those is a fomo API you can call. For market data, this site uses public sources like GeckoTerminal, which is also where the trending table on the Solana meme coins page comes from; that is market data, not fomo data. If fomo publishes an API, it will appear on fomo.family first.

Who the web app is for

It suits people who read more than they trade: following traders, reading theses, checking holder distributions before a buy. It is a weaker fit for anyone who wants a terminal, and fomo says as much. The fomo app alternatives page covers web-first tools like Axiom and Photon if that is what you actually need.

Whatever screen you use, the market is the same. Memecoin trading is high-risk speculation, most people who do it lose money and a bigger monitor does not change the odds. How to use the fomo app has the step-by-step for a first trade if you are new.

Questions people ask

Is there a fomo desktop app for Windows or Mac?

Not as an installer. fomo's desktop version is the web app at fomo.family, which runs in a browser on Windows, Mac, Linux or a Chromebook. Same account, same balance as the phone app.

Does the fomo app have an API?

No public API is documented on fomo.family. Anyone selling a fomo bot or API key is not working from something fomo published. This site does not touch fomo's private endpoints either.

Can I trade on the fomo web app?

Yes. The April 2026 launch announcement lists cross-chain swaps across Solana, Base, BNB Chain and Monad on web, along with the social feed. fomo describes the web app as a companion, not a trading terminal, so do not expect an Axiom-style interface.

Can I use Apple Pay on the fomo website?

Apple Pay works on Apple devices in Safari, and fomo does not publish which browsers its web deposits support. On a Windows PC you will use debit card, ACH or a crypto transfer, or fund on your phone and trade on the desktop since the balance is shared.

Is the fomo app website the same as the app?

It is the same account and balance. Some phone features may not be on web yet, and fomo does not publish a feature comparison, so check both if something is missing.
